Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to get involved at Savannah Christian and to grow spiritually. (Joining a Small Group is another way.)

Children, teens, and adults serve in ministries throughout the church, across our city, and around the world through Global Outreach.

Each one of us has unique gifts that equip us to serve. At Savannah Christian, we want to help you discover your God-given gifts and abilities and then use them to make a difference.

Find your place to serve.

Step 1 – Attend Starting Pointe (at Henderson and East campuses) or Next (lateCHURCH campus).

  • Henderson Campus: Immediately after each weekend service, Lakeside Lobby
  • East Campus: Immediately after each weekend service, Modular 3
  • lateCHURCH: First Sunday of each month, immediately after each service, Reynolds Square across from The Lucas Theatre

Step 2 – Go to a Getting Connected class.

  • Henderson Campus: 2nd and 4th weekends during the first service on Saturdays (4:30 p.m.) and Sundays (9:15 a.m.), Room 203
  • East Campus: Second Sunday of each month. 9:15 a.m., Room 310

Have fun determining your SHAPE based on your Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences. Your SHAPE helps clarify where you’ll best fit into the ministries here at Savannah Christian. In the class we’ll suggest places you can serve and help you connect with that ministry.
