Computer Desktop Support

The Desktop Support Team helps install, configure, and troubleshoot computers attached to our church network. We also help with special IT projects including database design, programming and application development.

Our team provides is the first point of contact for computer maintenance. We also research new technologies and techniques, striving to make the IT efforts of our church more efficient and productive. We provide technical support to our staff and volunteers in the following areas:

  • Desktops / Laptops
  • Hardware Support
  • Software Troubleshooting
  • Windows XP / Mac OS X
  • Printers and Copiers
  • PDA / Smartphone
  • Network Inventory

We meet on Monday nights, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
