Health Ministry
The Health Ministry offers first-aid coverage, blood pressure checks, as well as certification classes and health issue seminars.
Would you like to get involved? We hold orientations for new volunteers. Just contact us or stop by the First Aid room (1st floor, Henderson Campus) before or after services.
Medical Response Team provides first aid coverage during weekend services and special events.
Blood Pressure Team performs blood pressure checks on Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the First Aid room.
Certification Team provides First Aid, BLS, CPR, AED certification courses several times each month as needed. Please contact Rachel Greene at rgreene@savannahchristian.com or 912-629-485 to sign up for the certification team.
Health Education Team provides talks about general health awareness including diet, exercise, and common diseases such as diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Missions Team works with Global Outreach to provide medical volunteers for various mission trips.
