Growing in the Son

Growing in the Son is a weekday morning preschool that provides children from 18-months through pre-kindergarten with a loving, Christian learning environment.

Our staff is committed to teaching children in a way that promotes active learning through exploration, discovery, creativity, problem solving, and respectful interactions with peers and adults. We use independent and group activities to promote learning and reinforce concepts in our classrooms.  Ongoing assessments guide teaching experiences. Children are encouraged to use all five senses to experience and learn from their environments.  We believe a strong partnership with parents is vital to the overall development of each child. Our staff is dedicated to working with parents to make each child’s educational experience the best it can be.

Our mission is to build strong foundations of faith for young children while promoting spiritual, academic, social, physical, and emotional development; enabling them to make a life-changing connection with Jesus Christ. We strengthen spiritual development and familiarize the children with God’s Word through daily prayer, Bible stories, and memory verses. Christian principles of behavior are modeled and promoted throughout every classroom.
