Traffic Team
What is it?
This team helps to make entering and exiting from our campus a smooth, orderly process, by preparing the parking lot for easy access, and placing cones in predetermined areas. This team monitors the lot during services and events to provide safety to all attendees. They are distinguished by their red shirts directing drivers to available spaces as well as reserved parking for people with disabilities, senior citizens and first time guests. The traffic team is equipped with hand-held radios to communicate to other team members when necessary. A golf cart is also available to place signs and position directional cones. These volunteers arrive 30 minutes prior to serving to meet with the team and to share a time of prayer.
When is it?
All volunteers are assigned to 1 of 4 teams; two teams for Saturday nights and two teams for Sunday. Each team is asked to serve two weekends out of the month, serving every other weekend, both services.
