Cornerstone ministry of Savannah Christian Church takes these words very seriously: Jesus, the Great Physician, wants to give us hope, comfort, and healing when we hurt.

Jesus was sent to “heal the brokenhearted” and “to comfort all who mourn.” As in the time of Jesus, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”

Cornerstone trains those who have experienced the life-changing touch of the Great Physician, and connects them with those who need His comfort and healing today.

Have you experienced the healing touch of Jesus in your life? Now it’s your turn to help someone else.

Now you know why you had to walk that dark valley…so Jesus can heal someone through you.

God needs His people to serve as:

  • Prayer Warriors: who will pray daily for this ministry.
  • Support Group Leaders: who have “been there” and are willing to lead groups to help others.
  • “Life-Experience” Mentors: Jesus’ “personal physicians” to support, comfort and guide.
  • Hotline Volunteers: willing to be there for someone who needs immediate comfort and guidance.
