Communion - Provides the Lord's Supper and prayer for SCC members who may be physically unable to attend weekend worship.

Hospital Visitation Team - Visits individuals in the hospital who need encouragement and prayer.

Divorce Care - Support group for those experiencing the difficulties of divorce.

Divorce Care for Kids - Support group for children experiencing the divorce of their parents.

In Time of Need - Delivers a lovingly prepared home cooked meal, prayer and support to family members grieving the loss of a loved one.

Lighthouse - Provides food and clothes to those in our community in need.

Prayer Team -Ministry partners who pray for the requests and needs of our members.

Saints with Meals - Provides hot meals to shut-ins on Wednesday evenings.

Shut-In Visitation - Team members who regularly visit those "shut-in" within our community. The participants of this vital ministry inspire life, hope and joy in those experiencing loneliness.

Stephen Ministry - Comforting others by listening, encouraging and giving spiritual aid during difficult times.
